I will never allow anyone else access to it unless you have given me your permission, or I'm forced to by law.

I ask for contact information including your name, email address and telephone number on my site so that I can process and reply to your enquiry. After submitting a contact message through the form on this site, your information will be processed and forwarded to me within a single email sent by the website server.

I will also automatically collect technical data with each request:

  • Your IP address at the time
  • Browser type and version
  • Time zone setting and location
  • Browser plugin types and versions, operating system and platform

How I Use Your Information

When you contact me by email or through this website, I collect your name, email address and phone number (if you've chosen to provide that information). If I provide a service to you, I will also collect your business name and postal address as well as records of invoices and payments.

Disclosures of Your Personal Data

I may have to share your personal data with the parties detailed below:

  • Professional advisers including lawyers, accountants, bankers, auditors and insurers
  • Government bodies that require me to report processing activities
  • Third parties to whom I partner with to provide additional services such as PPC advertising or social media management

I will always ask for your permission before I share your details with third parties, unless forced by law.

I store passwords in an encrypted password manager and use a different, randomly generated password for each service, never using the same password twice.
